— For Full State Scholarship Program (FSSP) and Full Private Education Student Financial Assistance (FPESPA), your GWA must be 96% or above.
— For Half-SSP and Half-PESPA, your GWA must be between 93% and 95%.
c. Your parents or guardian should have a combined annual gross income that does not exceed Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 400,000). However, if their income exceeds PhP 400,000, you can submit written certification or medical findings of a family member’s illness, or school certifications of two or more dependents enrolled in college as supporting documents.
d. You should only avail of one government-funded financial assistance program.

These requirements are in place to ensure that deserving students who meet the criteria receive the scholarship benefits.

Documentary Requirements

To apply for the scholarship, you will need to gather the following documents:

a. Citizenship:
— Certified true copy of your Birth Certificate

b. Academic Requirements:
— High school report card for incoming freshmen students who are eligible for college
— Duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 11 and 1st semester of Grade 12 for graduating high school students

c. Income Requirements (choose whichever is applicable):
— Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or guardian
— Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
— Certificate of Indigence from the Barangay or the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
— Case Study report from DSWD
— The latest copy of the contract or proof of income for children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and seafarers

d. Other Requirement:
— Identification Card (ID) for special groups such as the Underprivileged or Homeless, Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Solo Parents, Senior Citizens, or Indigenous People
